Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
A proof of delivery photo will be taken and stored on the Poolshop Online network should any queries arise please request a copy at sales@poolshoponline.com.au.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Our shipping is available within the Perth Metro Area.
- Perth’s metropolitan area extends along the coast to Two Rocks in the north and Singleton to the south. From the coast in the west to Mundaring in the east.
- FLAT RATE for shipping is $25 under orders of $95.
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $95.
We have also extended our shipping to certain Perth Regional Areas.
- This includes suburbs starting from Secret Harbour to Furnissdale.
- We have a depot in Bunbury, which allows us to fulfill orders within a certain radius. This includes suburbs from Bunbury to Stratham.
- FLAT RATE for shipping is $49.99 on orders under $115
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $115
