Domestic Shipping Policy
IMPORTANT: Please note that our cleaners, chlorinators and pumps require a lead time of 10–12 business days for processing, shipping, and delivery. We appreciate your patience and are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and on schedule.
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 4 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
A proof of delivery photo will be taken and stored on the Poolshop Online network should any queries arise please request a copy at sales@poolshoponline.com.au.
